male Texas tortoise

I took in a full grown male Texas tortoise yesterday. He looks like he's been on his own for quite a while. Has hard, dry mud embedded in all his cracks and crevices. He's available for adoption. I'll get a picture maybe tomorrow and put him on my web site.

No fee adoptions to folks in the Central Valley of California only, as I have to do a yard inspection.

I have two spare bedrooms. One is full of books but it has a pull-out couch/bed. The other you would have to share with 50 million dolls and I've been told that the eyes get to you after a while.

The dolls would have me running off screaming in the night......

When I was a kid, someone in my family, must have been someone that hated me LOL, gave me this awful, scary, horrible stuffed clown with a soft body and it had muted color polka dots and this hard plastic face with all the icky make up and a pointy up turned nose....seriously...well, it was the cause of my first experience with children acting badly and playing with matches....yup I can still see that evil thing going up in flames in the parking lot behind our apartment.....stupid clown...
