I happened to stumble on this sight while I was searching for info on my Hermanns Tortoise. I was thrilled when I seen this and I'm hoping to get some of my questions answered.
Anyway, I'm from Ont. Canada and I was searching for a Hermanns for about 6 months, finally a guy who we bought a python from has a friend out in BC that bred them as a hobby, he's a vet full time and he offered to go pick up a hatchling for me and fly it over the same time as he shipped the python for us.
I was so excited to get her, she arrived safe and I believe she's an Eastern after reading some of the threads on here, maybe someone can confirm this for me. She's also about 8 months old(had her since Nov.), I say she because apparently he incubated them to hatch out females but time will tell.
I'm looking forward to meeting all of you.
Harriett(I think lol)

Your new Hermanns looks great. Well it's not a Western Hermanns, but it could be Eastern or Dalmation Hermanns. We'd need to see a claer plastron shot to tell for sure.![[Image: IMG_5944.jpg]](http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a98/AmberandAva/Next%201000/IMG_5944.jpg)
