RV is our sulcata female. she's about 7 years and too much to lift anymore. she lives in the back yard, where she'd dug a burrow. We have the entrance covered for the monsoon rains, and it will be helpful when winter comes..

she grazes in the back yard and we have non-spiny cactus growing for the winter months when things are slim.. she really enjoys the grass and weeds. We also have a huge cactus that is blooming. she loves the flowers.

I'll see what I can do for pics for the group. glad this forum is here!
awesome photo, sharkstar. welcome to the site!
Welcome to the forum. Another person from AZ.
Welcome, Sharkstar. Stay with us awhile.
Wow! She is beautiful. I was just wondering how you keep her from digging out of the yard? My Sulcatas are just babies but I’m already pondering this. I’ve read about how they can plow thru fences and decks. I’d be heart broke is I lost my babies.

Welcome to the forum! I’m sure we would all love to hear some tips from you.
