At what age or size do Leos start breeding?

Its more on size really, I believe its 10-12" for males and maybe a little larger for females. EJ would be able to elaborate more on this subject.
Thats right, when Hunter was about 8 inches he started getting the urges... this spring he should be a monster because he is exactly 10 inches.
