This guy is very grumpy


I call these three the future wrecking crew (Two adopted from long island turtle rescue and one localy) it was so cool that they are all the same size.

Larger Margie and greek. Best friends and worst enemys! They always hang out together but get into small bashing matches mediterianen tortoise owners know what im talking about. Greek has shell damage he used to get bullied by a sulcata in his last home.

Beautiful torts. its great that you have been rescuing some of the torts. they deserve it.

Great pics. What is Margie? That is really a weird looking flared shell. lol She looks like she could be aquatic with that thing.

Great Pics.Lovely torts. Do you have an idea how old Margie is. I love her flared shell. Do all Marginated have that much of a flare to their shells?

They are only about 8-10 years old. All marginateds get the flair, some more then others and I think males get a larger skirt then females.

Yeah it is awesome adopting! All the torts in that picture came from an awesome home! Really an expert at raising tortoises. So it makes it easy. The hard times are when you have to nurse them back to heath.
