Was T.g.anamurensis will most likely be T.t.anamurensis.
These greeks are low, long and flared, resembling a marginated tortoise. They are very dark, soft parts and shell, carapace and plastron. They are found in SW Turkey along the coast, not getting very far inland.

Wow - that guy is really dark. I've never seen a Spur Thighed Tortoise as dark as that. Is the range that bit cooler?
