My first Hermann's, and the smallest little tortoise I've ever laid my own two eyes on! THANK YOU ANJA AND BARB! I love her to bitsies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Enjoying the basking spot, and still too nervous (and tired out - she moved around the whole drive home) to check out her new digs! LOL!
Here she is next to a matchbox car, for size comparison! SOOOOOO TINY!

These little babies are soo cute! Congratulations!
Oh my Kelly - she is soooo....sweet! Everybody with their new babies today! Lucky you!
Adorable and congrats!
We should throw a Hermann party soon, hah.
Tell Dasani that Tori says hello

You just give her time Kelly, she will be all over her enclosure! Like I said she is a busy busy bee!

ooo she's found the little pile of food i put in there for her, and is munching away!
well that didn't take her long... she's eaten now, had a wander around, found the little water and drank and sat in it, and now she's back to basking!
Congratulations on Dasani's arrival. She is a sweetie. All you lucky ones with the new babies I'm still waiting on hatchlings. Soon I hope soon.
WOW Anja, you were right, this little sweetie is a mover and a shaker! She is constantly wandering around (with a drunken stagger, LOL!), she even succeeded in climbing atop the log hide (darnit!) and has been in and out of the water dish so many times, and has to nibble EVERYTHING (including sand, ARGH!) This one will keep me on my toes, that's for sure!!!! She'll rest for about five minutes, then start right up again! I have a pic o fher on the log but Deontay stole my camera! LOL!
I am helpless to stop watching her wandering around. Two hours straight now. Her stamina is starting to creep me out, actually... does she have a little battery inside or something??? LOL!
Also her ability to climb is a bit unnerving... up and down and over and around the hide, nonstop...
Last random thought... HOW ON EARTH DO TORTS THIS LITTLE SURVIVE IN THE WILD?!??! It's just unbelievable and amazing (and beautiful)!!!!!!!
What a cutie, My sulcata was a climber until I moved the hay away from the hide. But what a cutieeeeee!! Lucky you..
she can get up on the side without the hay! LOL! I think I might have to rename her Bunny, after the Energizer Bunny! ROFL!
I tooooooooooold you! hehehehehe
Whoa, i think she's FINALLY... wait, no, nevermind... okay 3 1/2 hours and counting (not including what she might have been up to the previous two hours that I wasn't in the room...)
