Since i'm new here, and trying to figure things out...

I've noticed a lot of these "codes" in peoples signatures, what do the #"s mean?

for example:
Quote:Jen
1.2 ornate boxies, 1.2 3 toed boxies, 1.2 Russians, 1.0.2 RES, 0.0.2 Sulcata, new rescue: 0.0.1 Ornate boxie, Coming this spring: 1.1 Russians so far
1.1.1 would be 1 male, 1 female, and 1 unknown sex
The first number indicates a male.
Second indicates female.
Third indicates an unknown sex.

So, for example, my signature reads: 1.0.0 Veiled Chameleon & 0.0.1 Hermann: I have one male Veiled Chameleon and one unknown Hermann.
Thanks guys!!!

Just remember, Anna, we were ALL new here at some point!
You're welcome! For the longest time, I had no idea either.
Some of you guys have a LOT of torts! thats great!
I'm pretty sure if theres a fourth number thats the amount of eggs.
ahhh, i'll keep that in mind too Smile
Yes the fourth number means eggs incubating, short hand for listing the torts and turts.
