Today was 75 outside, so I took Pio outside for a bit in his new little pen. The plants haven't grown enough, and the Spring Mix seeds didn't come up either, but it was only for a little bit. He walked around for a while, and then just sat there. He was "gulping" a lot, (like when they are getting stressed) so I brought him back in. I guess he was never outside. Enough for today. This will do well for him this summer, and I will think of something bigger for next summer. I have a screen top, but I took it off to take the pictures.

WOW! LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!
Lucky little Pio. What are the plants that are growing along the side and on the other side of the water dish?
Angie
Nice Terry!
Wow! It looks like a tortoise paradise!!
that looks great! lucky pio!!!!!!!! we had snow flurries today. :\
Thats one lucky redfoot! Is everything in there safe to eat?
Thank you. I planted some dandelion, pansy, nasturtium, Spring Mix seeds, strawberry, and moss, and along the side I planted some Butter lettuce. Under the hide I have some long fibered moss (the kind that Terry said to get, I forgot the name). How warm should it be before I put him out? Like, what degree should it be?
You're a fantastic gardener, my friend... that enclosure looks great.
Great looking enclosure. Congrats on your work and Pio I am sure will enjoy it.
