Looks like the site is down for some reason.
I've tried seveal times over the last couple of weeks and have not been able to get it to come up??? I hope all is well over there

I couldn't go on for about a week. It's OK now.
They updated the site and when they made the new link, they changed the F in Forum to a lower case f. It depends on how your browser is set up if it recognizes and accepts the lower case or not. If not, then it says it's not there. I had the same problem until I changed my bookmark.
