I would say female. Usually males have longer tales that curl up the side of the shell a bit.

what size is she? at this point I'd say female, but if she is little (around 4") i'd wager that's going to sprout into a male tale in the next inch of growth!

He /she is a little over 4 inches long and about 4 inches wide.

From the one pic I have to say male. How the tail gets skinny towards the end and that tip are a give away

It looks male to me too.
