Ok, here's a question about taking readings. What are they supposed to be? Say I have a Repto-Sun 5.0 24" bulb and on the box it says that it gives off 5% UVB rays.
My question is 5% of what?
If it's 5% of 100 then I know I should read 20 on the meter.
