Here are the hatchlings in their new (Rabbit cage) ahh, tort cage
Yep thats a baby igloo which they don't use they really like digging into the shredded aspen.

Here is a end view with them having a snack of Geranium flowers

Even though I covered one end of the cage they were only able to stay outside a few hours as it was extreamly hot today. temp hit about 97 F. Due to hit over 100 tomorrow and down to 76 by tuesday.

Aw-w-w-w-w! Those rabbit cages make pretty good baby tortoise cages! Plenty of room for roaming and safe from birds.

Oh so sweet! That is great for the babies. I think I have an old bird cage in the attic, I will have to bring that down for outside trips!
They are so cute!! I love the rabbit cages, I use them for my baby sullys, except I was taking the bottom off so they could munch on the grass and one day the little guy got out (YIKES), luckly he didn't roam far. Bottoms on from now on.
They are soooo cute!!! Tiny little babies!
Wow that hot? LUCKY! We had a bit of SNOW yesterday... thankfully it didn't stick!

Great pics of some happy torts!!!!
