Can I use cypress mulch for my Russians or a baby sulcata?
well... Made from cypress trees grown in the swamp lands of Florida and southern Georgia. There are two basic types sold on the market today, Grade “A” All Bark and a “B+” grade, we call “Premium Cypress", but mainly the mulch dosnt have any kid of poisened ingredients in it...my russian actually perfers mulch...but as long as there isnt any harmful dyes in it i think ull be safe!
i use cypress mulch for both sulcatas and russians. with mix of play sand.
If it is organic it'll be fine.
I use bed a beast ,eco earth or cocunut coir, mixed with play sand, for my rt's.
Its holds miosture better and is less dusty.
