I have 2 new leopard tortoise hatchlings coming on 5/14/08. I have done alot of reading and am very excited. I have their indoor enclosure set up a 20 x 36 plastic plan with a wire cover and 75/25 sand/bedabeast substrate. I have a 100w mercury vapor uvb/heat lamp and 2 temperature monitoring stations set up. They will have a hide, a water dish and a feedng area. I plan on placing, in low containters, bermuda grass, portulaca and aloe. I have orchard grass hay, bermuda grass hay and will buy some kale and prickly pear. I plan on soaking them daily. If you can think of anything else let me know, please!!!!!!!!!
