Hello. I live in Orlando and have a 6 year old male sulcata that has been part of the family for almost 6 years. Due to unforunate circumstances in our family, we need to move to NY for approx. 2 years. We cannot care for our sulcata, Shaka Zulu, the way we have in this new environment. He lives mostly outdoors, in our yard, in an enclosure my husband set up for him. During the cold months we have a set up in the garage for him to stay warm. We really do not want to give him up so we are looking for some kind of part time care for him. If anyone knows of a family with sulcatas or an institution that can care for him temporarily please let me know. We will back in FL each July and August and will take him back during that time. I will gladly discuss arrangements. Thank you.
