I dont think its a Box Turtle after talking to her on the phone but I cant get down there to take a look. Kelly is there any way maybe you could run over and look/take pics? If it is in fact a Box turtle I could take it in, hoping its not an Ornate since they are protected here. She says he his shell is pretty flat, and that he swims all the time. He has both land and water in his tank. *scratches head*

It could be an Asian box turtle, Cuora amboinensis. They are basicly aquatic and have a hinge.

Tracy just talked to her and she thinks it might be a Blandings Turtle and will go tonight and pickup whatever it is and we will all go from there.
