Me me me I have! I bought that mag BECAUSE of the article on Stars, and didn't realize til I read it that it was YOU! LOL! My son was like, "Dude, we know Turtle Terry! It's like we know a celebrity!" ROFL!

I want to get a Star but they are too costly, I THINK...
Wach it or Terry's head will burst.
I checked it out at the store because I recognized the pics!
Kelly, To be truthful I like the higher prices because I think it keeps casual buyers away. Serious keepers always find a way to aquire their dreams. As I've said, these guys aren't easy. Wink
Ok, now I gota go get the mag. I agree with you Itort. Perhaps someday in a prefect world all torts will have great homes and the WC ones will stay Wild instead of caught.
im lucky then to have 5 of those Big Grin

i have 2 baby star tortoise now.. they are so cute... Smile
i love Reptiles Magazine and as the pic shows they only use the best.
but as i notice from most star tortoise owners, they are very slow in growth. even within a year the size will still remain the same. am i right? or probably the star owners i know are not taking care of the stars properly?
yep my star only grow 1 cm each year XD sumtimes more
