You could check with whoever has hay if you could get a flake ( this is about a tenth or so of a bail ) or you could store in a dry area till used up. It just that $3/ pound sounds excessive to me.
If you decide to use that place, the hay sounds fine. You could also buy seeds and grow your own grass that is blended just for Sulcatas and other grassland torts. Plus you could get clover seeds and offer clovers as well on top of the other things you are feeding.
so if Titan hates the Timothy what kind of grass and or hay could you recommend? Or to use as a replacement?

He is a black greek. Smile
Black Titan as Danny has said and some of the literature I have read stated a diet largely on hay for Greeks is not the best. If you are trying to feed him hay I would suggest useing Grasses- something like wheat grass or burmuda grass. Hays; they have Orchard, Burmuda and Timothy that they sell in pet stores as well as feed stores some by the bale some by the half bale or less. My greeks won't touch the stuff. But they will eat live or fresh grass. I would stay away from Alfalfa it is too high in protien.
COOL! that gives me an excuse to stock up on wheat grass! will make me and my tort healthy LOL
Oh and BlackTitan I'd stay away from spinach not good for them
