Yuck - that stinks and causes too much anxiety! At least you know they are warm!

DHL sucks for shipping anything pretty much. It was much better when it was Airborne Express but they went down hill once DHL bought them.

I'm sorry to hear that Tracy. I haven't had any trouble with DHL or Airborne Express and I've been shipping for 8 years now.
The only trouble was with people shipping me things and that happened twice. Thats why you always need a waybill number so you can keep track of the package.
One package they said was going 2nd day and the other was going ground (9 days)!! Both times I called early in the morning and both came that dayjust a bit late is all. I guess you need to get the right person, but they have been good to me so far.
My driver to takes care of all my packages coming and going. I guess I'm just lucky.

:(No torts today:( DHL screwed up the shipping. The good thing is ...they are sitting in a office instead of a cold warehouse. They should be here tomorrow

OK, I think you have every right to pout and whine after waiting and waiting. I hope they do arrive tomorrow and are OK. I have heard both bad and good about DHL but lately the bad is starting to edge out the good . Sorry to hear your bad news. I'll keep warm thought for your little lost ones.

Ok, its official!! I'm flippin out......they lost the package and have no clue where it is. A specialist has been assigned to it to track it down...in the mean time I'm hoping and praying they are ok.
