greek at the shelter
I went down and adopted him today for $20
He was not on the site so I just showed up and took him.
He is small, 5 inches at most.

That's good for you. I called on Saturday, and one of the workers said it's on hold for the owner to come, and then just for the curiosity, I asked how much is the fee if I want to adopt this tort if it becomes available, he gave me a quote of $87.00????????

He was wrong, 20 bucks is the most you will pay (for a turtle) at the OC shelter. The owner never showed up. He went up for adoption at 10:00 this morning. I was waiting there since 9:00.
