Hello Everyone!

My name is Agnieszka. I live in the High Desert, California. While looking for more information about my tort, I happened to stumble upon this forum. I have read through many of the post and feel as I have learned so much already.

I am a new owner of a baby Sulcata Tortoise. I have had Maluch for about 3 months now. "It" is my first tort. I already have the fever and have began spreading it. Yesterday I went with my friend who is now an owner of a CA Ornate Wood Turtle.

Aside from the tort, I am an owner of 2 White Tree Frogs and 3 Fire Belly Toads.

I am looking forward to learning more on how to best care for my tort friend.

I have a 4 inch one I am fostering (I think) who’s name is squirt. Maluch is very cute. How old is your new shelled baby?

Squirt...What a great name!

To be honest I don't know how old my new shelled baby is. I have had "it" for a little over 3 months now. When I bought it, the pet store told me that Maluch was a few months old. I just measured and Maluch is 3 inches. Wish I knew.
