hi can anyone tell me if its normal for my young male tortoise to keep getting his willy out

If I am correct Chip is 5. It is not unusual for them to do that when they are soaking.

thanks for the reply but he seems to do it all the time without sounding rude he kind of feels around with it he only started doing it this year do you think its becouse i have a female aswell

I've noticed on adolescent sulcatas that when they "go through puberty" they put it out quite a bit then "play" with it. This activity usually stops after the newness wears off.
