Hello Everyone

Next week, I will build a tort table for my Hermy (Hermann tortoise) Now I have a vivarium. The vivarium is pretty easy to clean since I only have to remove the substrate, bring the vivarium in my garage and wash it with javel and water and rinse it a lot. But how will I clean my tort table?? I wont be able to bring it in my garage thats for sure. Will I desinfect it with something or will I just change the substrate every 2-3 months?

Changeing substrat as needed is good. For disinfecting I wood use a 10% chlorine bleach solution, wiping walls down, and then thoroughly rinsing with clean water. When doing this, the tort will have to be housed in a seperate enclosure until the smell is gone (about 24 hours). I would do this about once a year unless you have reason to to due more often, i.e. an illness such as RI.
