After countless hours of studying up on different species.. looking at many posts, size differences, and living quarters ive decided its best for me and my future pet if i go with an eastern box turtle.. they are a native species here in illinois. Does anyone here breed these animals and can i get in contact with you? i want a year or 2 year old turtle because they are easier to care for than the hatchlings but id gladly take a hatchling too
