Greg - TX has chosen to "reserve" 2 new hatchlings.. this could be his first - for anyone who likes to see.. or has never seen.. a hatching in progress. This little guy was really "pushing" to get out..









We'll see how he looks - shouldn't be long!

We have 2 babies out of their eggs this morning. They pipped 2 days apart.. same clutch.. from this female..



The one pictured above has a dark carapace and multi-colored head and red legs. The other one that pipped 2 days later has a larger yolk-sac.. but has a very light carapace with same colors as sibling!

Pat has the first choice on her "option".. Greg has the next 2 - so we'll see how they look as they absorb their yolk-sac and egg-tooth.

Keep in mind this little guy has been out of the egg only 1 DAY.. [ not a real "shoot" ].. however he is doing good with little yolk-sac.. which is the way it should be. See his egg-tooth..
