RE: New from SW MO.
I bought three of her RFs last year and they are good quality. She raises them up on "pasture" outside and they eat like little pigs. I recommend her.
BTW I forgot to mention that the RF I have now came from
Debbie. She just lives a few miles from me. She brought 3
yearlings into the pet shop when I was there. I snagged one
real quick! Only had to pay $50.00!!!!!!!! What luck!
Here he is! The one at the pet shop is twice his size, but
I feel they feed too much "turtle food" and just slightly thawed
frozen mixed vegies. My guy gets to graze, weather permitting
and gets field greens, fruit and dandylion. I keep hen&chicks
planted in shallow pots in his enclosure.

Welcome to the forum Kay. I am new here as well, but the people here are just great. I live in NW AR near Fayettville so you are not too far from me. :-) I am a Brazilian Redfoot breeder. :-) The guy you are thinking of buying from, is his name David by any chance? Just curious.
Small world...we drove thru Fayettville this morning.

My oldest daughter goes to college near KC in Belton. My husband works for PRIME trucking out of Springfield. My Grandparents on the West/Fletcher side came from El Dorado area. See I is a MO hillbilly by blood.
