I hope they are as nice too, but even if they aren't...they are still females. That is the important part.

RE: new girls coming today

Okay I have them AND am finally back at the computer! Busy day! These girls are AWESOME, I'm really excited about them!

Let me introduce you to...

Oofda... she is the biggest Russian we have now - didn't weigh and measure her yet but she's just at 7" from what I'm told and I'm sure that's accurate; and she's HEAVY! She has a really funny shaped shell (didn't quite show in the pictures) and she has massive legs. When she walks, she looks like a sumo wrestler! You get the feeling that the ground should shake when she walks! She's brave and friendly, though, and CHOWED DOWN on the food I gave her!

You can kinda see her shell - it's really HIGH AND THICK in the front, then it narrows down in the back. If she were a woman, she'd be top heavy with skinny thighs! LOL!

Oofda was trying to eat the fake plant! LOL! Then she just plowed it down!

The second girlie is a little smaller, but about the same size as my biggest (Varda), but DEFINATELY thicker and heavier! This is Isis! She is a little shyer but still explored and ate, she just doesn't want my hands by her (whereas Oofta followed my feet around!) The pics don't show the gorgeous coloring of her shell - a gorgeous soft green with brown! Her shell is really nicely shaped! She's a sweetie, but since she's a bit more shy I didn't get as many pics of her!

Oofda (left) needed to try some of Isis' food!

Oofda is top in these pics - she looks smaller than Isis, but she's really larger (and you can kinda see her weird shell shape, tho' even looking straight on at her, it's lopsided left-to-right, too! LOL! Doesn't bother me tho... gives her character!)
