RE: ReptileEats?
Well I know everyone is frustrated here.
I for one want to see the next shipment - am looking forward to it - i want them to succeed in this because if they can pull it off, it really is a good service! I just try to keep in mind these ARE people behind this business and of course while standards must be higher for a business, Life has a way of getting big, afterall!!! I appreciate that they are still trying to get there and get things out and make things right, and I'm sure this is learning experience! It has got to be hard to get on here and say "We're doing our best", especially when everyone thinks your best should be better!!! At least they aren't folding up and heading for the hills!

Kelly,
We sincerely appreciate that! You are correct this is a learning experience for us and we are learning from our mistakes. For all the people that stick with us through these problems we really think it will be worth your while.
