Kelly, He is such a lucky tort to end up in your loving hands.And he seems completely happy now. Seems like I am often attracted to the less fortunate, or perhaps I just see the uniqueness in one so sweet.

Basils Nuchal is split, he is an old boy so who knows how and when it happened in his long past
