Spider tortoises

I have 5 07 hatchling Spider tortoises, Pyxis arachnoides brygooi. They were bred by a friend of mine and are doing great. Adult females are 4 to 6 inches SCL and males 4 to 5 inches SCL. They are $300 each plus shipping, which is $45. A deposit will hold them until I start shipping in April. I will also do payment plans from now until April.

Love the one in the middle in the second shot. Like the way his one marking looks like a tort.

RE: Spider tortoises

Danny,
I know little about these lovely torts will their shell patterns change as they age or will the middle one always have the torts on his back?

No it will change Robyn. Wink The rays will get longer, so it might look like a long legged tortoise. Tongue
