That sneaky little girl!
You know I"ve been having trouble getting Sasoi to eat on "protein" day. I do the cat food and she just turns her nose up.
Well I set it out like normal today and then just walked away. Normally I wait to see if she's going to come out on her own, and if she hasn't in five or ten minutes, I'll generally bring her to the food.
Since I "knew" she wouldn't eat it today, I didn't even wait around. I didn't see her out all day (nothing new there).
I just went to grab the food out of there before going to bed and...
EVERY BITE IS GONE!
Yay! So now she's graduated from being a "non-eater" to a "finicky eater" to a "EATER, PERIOD!"

They never fail to astound. My "rescue" girl prefers collards over peaches.

You all must be sick of hearing about the eating adventures of Sasoi... but I'm just excited with every little step!!!! So today I go to feed her, and almost smack her in the head because... SHE WAS OUT AT THE FOOD SPOT WAITING FOR ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jumps for joy!!!!!!!

Well, that's great! Mine won't eat the cat food at all. I'm thinking of grinding it up with something that he likes and maybe he will eat some of it.
