I have a pair of 05 Spider tortoises, Pyxis arachnoides brygooi, for sale. They were bred by my friend and doing great. The female is 3.75 inches SCL and the male is about 3 inches SCL. They are $1,000 for the pair plus shipping, which will be $45. A deposit will hold them till I ship in April. I will do a payment plan for this pair. Big Grin

Danny what are the personalities like with the Spiders? Are they fairly outgoing or much like keeping a pet rock? I have a good friend in Worcester, MA that might be interested in them but this is a species he has never kept so he was asking if I knew.

They are a very pretty pet rock most of the time. Tongue

Unless it's breeding season or laying season (most active times), they are only active a few hours a day.
CB animals have a bit more personality than WC. Big Grin

Pretty pet rocks, huh?!?! It actually might be nice having a couple of torts around that aren't so demanding of my attention!!! Those Russians would take every second of my day, if I'd let them!
