Cool Livingstone's new pad
Heres the new pad. All coir and some sphagnum moss, burrowing clay... which he hasnt found yet. Water bowl and feeding tile all the same.

Nicely done! Looks a little dry though. I'd keep the area around the hide nice and moist.

Humidity at 70% all round. The photo makes it look drier than it is.

It reminds me of the sign I made for my Snapper's outdoor enclosure years ago.

Good advice. I have the same light stand (LOVE it btw!) and I bought clamps similar to this one from Home Depot, to ensure that my lights are secure!

She's got the hooks on the light stands to keep everything secure. I have the large stands, too. A zip tie could secure everything better than a clip. I don't have rug rats so there is little chance of my lights falling. I have seen clip failing and the spot lamps igniting the bark first hand.
