I know this is so stupid but how big do Greek males get?

Hello I want too know on how big do Greek males can get too? I know right now he is only 5 inches around the shell. and my Greek tort is a golden Greek tort and he doses not have the olive tan color. and he is still young still but when they get too 5 inches in the shell are they babies still or are they in the adult stage?

Depending on which subspecies of Greeks, the males range from 5inches to 8-9inches. Danny can be more specific if he gets a chance to reply to this thread.

ok cuz a long time ago I had a Greek male that was fully grown and he was not huge but he was a little big.

Holly, can you post pics of your Greek. One pic from the top looking down on him, one of his back area as if he is walking away from the camera and one of his tail (looking at the underside of the tail area). Then as Anja said 'If /or when Danny gets a chance to reply to this thread he will have the pics to help identify him. I had a Greek I was told was golden then found out from Danny it was not. Love him just the same, but now I know so if I breed, I breed with the right female subspecies and I can get his habitat and diet correct.

ok how do I get a picture of my Greek tort on here? and what do I have too do too upload the picture I will have too fine my camra and take them as soon as I can for you guys he is very cool so ok I will go and fine my camra and take that picture and take one of my Russian also

Hi Holly,
It does depend on which subspecies your Greek male is as to how big he'll get. If he is a Golden greek he won't get any bigger, if he's an Antakyan greek he might get to 6 inches.
How are you measuring your male?

;)Hello crazy1 I have the same greek tort that you have now that I saw some of your pictures of your greeks my male is the same greek tort as yours are so now I ask you what kind of greek torts are they?

Hi Holly,
Robyn's greeks are natural crosses between Jordanian and Antakyan greeks. So yours could be the cross or Jordanian or Antakyan.
We really need to see pictures to be sure.
