where in southern Illinois can I get my hands on healthy tortoise.. I want to buy/adopt a baby russian or hermann I have everything for an indoor habitat ready its very large and lonly im ready for my tortoise but i dont want to buy one from petco
Also what is the smallest full grown tortoise?

Are you just interested in getting one in person? If so, how far would you be willing to travel for him/her? Or are you open to shipping?

im worried about shipping but if its pretty succesful than i wouldn't mind it being shipped.. I would be willing to drive a little ways not too far though.. what do you have in mind?
