That is a gorgeous tortoise. How did they get him in there? And how are they going to get him out?

Since they went to the trouble of setting him up like this...I'll move him in and out until the weather straightens up! At 5'1 and barely a buck and a quarter...my wife managed to carry him herself. She's seen me do it enough to get the idea!

After a slight peek from the sun...it started raining! Monstro was happy for a minute,,,then started heading in!

My daughter came home from school today and caught this 'priceless' shot of MONSTRO sunning himself!
Note the three nuggets behind him!

Mazuri mushface! He hasn't had much of it this winter...but he more than made up for it today! 50-50 Mazuri to coarse cut alfalfa hay...late shadows kinda ruin the effect of the second shot!

Thanks! It's kinda funny...I posted these shots because whenever he pulls up soil with the grass...he freaks out and let's it ALL go!

Yeah, Chuck does that too. Sometimes they don't know their own strength. He'll walk around with a little root ball hanging from the side of his mouth.

After grazing for the better part of the day...here he is...about an hour ago...resting in the shade...contemplating his next move!

Something fun...grabbed a piece of the kiddos' sidewalk chalk and traced MONSTRO!...perfectly I might add! Enjoy!

So...I brought the ITs some mallow and Rose of Sharon and when MONSTRO! finished basking...he came to investigate! He approached, sniffed, took a bite of mallow and moved on to munch on the lawn...what a knucklehead!

Yesterday, MONSTRO! really hammed it up in the pool...drinking...blowing bubbles...splashing...you name it! Here are some shots from the moment he went in. These time span of these shots is literally less than a minute. There is a subsequent group of shots of him drinking submerged and blowing bubbles in MEDIA! Enjoy!
