Hello. My name is Angie. My male Sulcata is MadMax. I have had him over ten years. I do not know how old he was when I rescued him but he was about four inches long. We live in Las Vegas. He is an outdoor tortoise now. His last weight at the vets office was 75 pounds, last year. I try to research sulcatas and find myself in this forum a lot. So I decided to become a member. To better enrich his life. :)

Hi Angie and a very warm welcome to the forum!

Like @Tom , I love your tort's name.

Please post pics of MadMax as well as his enclosure and read the "Beginners Mistakes" Thread. Ask any question when in doubt.

Give MadMax a daily soak in warm water and make sure his enclosure is nice and warm and humid.
