My female elongateds have started digging with their back legs every day. They have a nesting area in a dark part of the enclosure with 10+" of soil but they continue to dig near the main heat source (100w powersun). Temps range from 92 (right under light) to 73 in coolest spot. They both have been breeding with the male but no egg laying.
Any ideas?

Add a heat source near the nesting area.

They don't want to lay their eggs in a cool area where they won't get enough heat to incubate.
