Hope you enjoy the change of weather & scenery. Sure Spur will get along there great !

Ya got the heat now - but will certainly be challenged with the dry air. :).
He looks good.

Thanks @Alaskamike it is good being back South and I’ve really seen a huge difference in Spur, you can tell this is definitely a much better climate for him! Hope you’re doing well!

I haven’t really been paying attention to how much food I’m getting for Spur, it’s just been apart of our daily routine until tonight I was mixing up some of his winter greens and I was like man, this dude is a bottomless pit! I definitely see what all the fuss was about lol but we love it and wouldn’t trade him for the world!

Imagine how much more difficult it would have been in Alaska! Is he eating grass yet?
I don't spend a dime on food for Charlie, unless you count the cost of watering.

Hope Texas agrees with you
And Spur :)

I know my South Florida experience has been an extreme change. How big is Spur now? My little one , Tiny , was 17 lbs last month. My older sully, Sal , is 50 lbs now. They both free graze.

Good fortune to you there in the Lone Star State.

It would be next to impossible with a full grown Sulcata! He is eating grass, but ours is all dead currently, we have bermuda where we he is when he’s outside. He was eating it when it was green. He’s bumping the 6 inch mark so he’s getting close to being outside full of time. I’ve been slowly sectioning off his part of the back yard but it’s been slow with still settling and baby #2 on the way! Sorry for bouncing the topic around!
