My Egyptian tortoise gets bubbles on its nose when it breathes, and is constantly having tears on both eyes.

A week ago, it seemed to have a third eyelid or a hardened pus in one of its eyes then it disappeared after putting an antibiotic but it showed again yesterday..

now it’s eyes are almost closed all time, getting tears with bubbles from its nose.

What is this?? Please help?

It likely has a respiratory infection.
What is your basking temp, cool side temp, warm side temp, and night temp? What is your humidity?
Soak in a 50/50 mixture of carrot baby food and water for 15-30 minutes, and make sure it doesn’t get cold.
I don’t keep Egyptians, and I’m not too keen on their care, but this should help get the ball rolling for members who do.

I also would like to know the temps but not sure about the soak in Carrot baby food? I thought that soaking them in Carrot baby food is only beneficial for vitamine A deficiency's and not for respiratory infection or am I wrong?

It also helps them get nutrients when they won’t eat, which is common with RIs, and the vitamin A helps them :)

I was watching Keenan camp video and he raised the temp 24/7 and held the tort nose down to let any fluids drain from lungs and nose. It worked for one of my stars. He also did injections of antibiotics but try the first part and see if it improves

Yes, that is correct. All temps need to be raised to at least 85, and basking temp bumped up 5 more degrees. However, be sure that you don’t rely on Kenan for care information. Most of his info is incorrect.

This is correct.
