Can I feed these to my stars? One of mine had it. One didn't like it much. What do I do?

Agree with Mark, no pansy. Crown of thorns- no good to feed
this is pansy 
there are many colors and varieties 
some are as big as palm if my hand and some are small like these here, even smaller

I'm freaked out right now she had about 3-4 petals I'm scared will she be ok? Or do I do something?

Stay calm! It's mainly the white sap of Euphorbia plants, and really all it does is cause a skin rash, or burns your eyes. The flowers are probably not going to harm your tortoise.
