Looking very nice.
PP do tend to be darker overall compared to babcocki. I've yet to see a pure PP adult that was blonde vs medium-dark.They are beautiful. Is the very dark a PP trait? I will be hoping for female on the unknowns for you. Will you sell some of the males?
Byron, I had chimed in on this thread about a year ago when I just joined the forum, but had never read it in it's entirety until now. Man, it's great. You've done a magnificent job of chronicling your group's growth over the years. I particularly enjoyed watching the development of the yellow, knobby, mis-scuted, "ugly duckling" into a handsome young lad. I also, as I binge-read, felt the pain of you discovering male after male, after male. That's a lot of tortoise junk you have to contend with at soak time! Are they all living in the same pen, ans are you seeing any fighting? As for your new Rodriguez youngsters, why not just trim the tails down before they grow out? Worth a shot, no?
Keep it up, and many thanks for the great thread.
Dave
