One of the tornados hit my fence and it's mangled pretty badly. which is hard bc i have 5 dogs who usually go in and out the dog door. now i have to manage taking them out and they don't have a set schedule. And of Course, My husband is out of the country any time anything like this happens. We lost power for a couple hours, but i know some people got it much worse. i hope you are all ok.

Sorry to hear the bad news. Hope the fence is a quick fix, at least enough to keep the dogs in the yard. The storms stayed north of us yesterday and last night. We didn't even get enough rain to talk about.Good Luck.

How scary!!
That sucks about your fence! I know it’s tough when you have dogs!

Here is a link to a video i made 5 minutes after the tornado went thru. This is HEAVY duty chain link fence. the posts are still cemented in place, but some have tipped a little. The fence liner caused the chain link to lift right off the posts. if i didn't see it, i would never have believed that the wind could do this.

We had concrete blocks hooked to shade cloth (hung vertically) several years ago. I watched the wind lift 5 blocks right off the ground, still attached to the shade cloth. It was a straight line wind. Here in SoCal we get some really nasty winds, and haboobs from time to time.
I hope you can get your fence repaired soon!
