But it hurt him everytime he/she eating and can't cut leave using his beak like normal tortoise and inside his mouth perfectly fineIt looks like at one time, a while ago, the lower beak fell off with the exception of the spot you circled. That spot is a section of the original beak and the rest of the lower jaw is new growth. It looks all healed and doing fine.
