As I continue to setup my red foot enclosure, I stumbled upon this newly released bulb.
Arcadia D3 Reptile T5 7% UVB ShadeDweller
I thought I've read that Red Foots in the wild live deep under the cover of the rainforest and don't need as much UVB as say a desert or Mediterranean tortoises.
So I was wondering if this bulb is a good choice for my Red Foots?

Does your Redfoot get outside at all?
A few hours a week of actual sunlight is sufficient.
Otherwise use a source that isn't very harsh.
I use 5.0 strip florescent lamps.
You don't want a bulb of any kind.

I just googled it.
It's a T5 strip florescent?
It actually sounds ideal.
I'm curious to know more about that one.
