He is one of four that I received at the end of August at about a month old. This pic is from the day he arrived on August 28.1.jpgThis pic is from this morning5.jpg His diet now consist mostly of weeds, grasses and cactus that are available in my yard. the cold weather has killed off the flowers and tree leaves until next spring. He is eating both mazuri types also. I have fed him some store bought items just to make sure he will eat them if we get snow and I cant access the winter weeds. Here is some of what is still nice and green.food.jpg Another pic from this morning.Donald 11 21 19.jpg

Donald passing through his water bowl this evening.Picture 028.jpg His weight today is 278 grams. I've noticed that after several nights with temperatures in the low 20s that the young sulcatas and hermanns are not eating the yard weeds like they were before the several nights with hard freezes. I'm wondering if they have gotten a bitter taste after freezing. The plants still look good though.
