Well I personally would to try the soaks. If she gets worse vet. I did mine twice a day and then slowly tapered off over a couple of weeks. My opinion I am not an expert

Please do. I hope she feels better. If she does just keep it up for a couple of weeks ( my opinion)

Hey guys, so I went and bought cypress mulch (what she originally had) and I cleaned her enclosure out and put that back in and sure enough she went right to her food dish. I’ve caught her chomping down a couple times so that’s a good sign. I guess she just didn’t like the repti bark? She’s being active too and moving her house all around so that’s a good sign. ? thanks for all your help @Tom and @Ink ! I’m gonna continue the carrot soaks and high temps until it’s back to normal!

I am so glad she is doing better. I don't know about the cut on her head but I am sure @Tom or @Yvonne G can help you with that.

Did I read above post correctly? do you feed your tortoise's Cooked carrots in the form of baby food? My little tortoise, that you see in the picture, is very tiny., He is very energetic but is so tiny as compared to it's siblings. I sometimes separate him so he can eat all by himself as much as he wants But he just really likes to run around the yard and play

You shouldn’t keep all the tortoises together it can result in bullying and no I thought my tortoise was sick and another member recommended I soak her in baby purée carrot food.
