Hello
I recently got a baby sulcata at a reptile show and a few days later strange yellowish bumps appeared on his skin, after a few days they turned more brownish. I was looking all over the place for answers trying to figure out what they where and then I found this forum. And I'm trying not to go into a full blown panic now. Currently I'm keeping him on orchid bark with a moist hide and sphagnum moss. Along with another hide and a basking rock, its 95/100 under the basking bulb and around 85 elsewhere and a 5.0 UVB. I've been soaking him regularly and he has not pooped I feel its because he isn't eating as much as he should be? I give him a small terracotta dish filled with greens that he eats for a few minutes out of then goes off. Inside he is very lethargic while outside he will run and eat just fine. So I'm working on setting something up so he can spend all day outside.
I'm not sure if its actually the same thing but some of his other spots mach up pretty closely. His face is currently shedding and has had no problems coming off. I called every single vet with a 2 hour radius I could find that takes tortoises and all where booked until June. Expect for two which had opening in sept and an emergency vet. If anyone has any advice on what to do for them or thoughts on what else it could be that would much appreciated I feel so bad for him I don't know what to do or if I've messed up. I've manged to get one good photo of the one on his leg the ones on his neck are more yellow
