Can't tell on the first two because the tail is pointing straight at camera. Third one is a male.I am thinking 3 males but would like to hear others opinions, thanks!

Its common for all "incubated for female" platynota to be male. I got 8 out of 14 males, and Gus got 15 out of 15 males, when all were "incubated for female".
I've got a ton of babies for sale if you want to get more in the hopes of acquiring a female.
They are being held by my husband who is 6’2 and has huge hands. I think they are good size wise for three year olds but will post more pics, thanks!I think 3 males. Looks like all 3 tails extend beyond the anal scute tips, and the outward angle of the anal scutes all suggest male.
They also appear to be on the smaller side, judging by the hands holding them. What age are they?
And finally, they are more elongated than roundish...also a male characteristic.
That is good and speaks to the breeders good character. No one knows the incubation temp or routine that leads to males or females for this species. I think breeders should pass on the incubation temp, whatever it was, and in time we may begin to see some general trends. In the breeders defense he never made any claims of having incubated them for female.
I purchased them as well started yearlings, two years ago.
Thank you! Its nice to hear I am doing okay by them, they have been wonderful tortoises to own. That is good and speaks to the breeders good character. Your tortoises look fantastic! It looks like you bought from a source that starts them well, and then you did a great job with them once you got them.
Yes, that's why I haven't measured mine yet. He's always in motion when I have him out! ?Hard to get them to hold still ?
I have 13 adults from 4 unrelated sources. I've got 57 babies so far this year with a few dozen eggs still incubating. I can send you a few if you want.Thank you! Its nice to hear I am doing okay by them, they have been wonderful tortoises to own.
I will have to try again and attempt to find my bachelor herd some females ?
